I ordered a set of boards with drink rails and carry straps as a gift for my husband’s 40th. A few days later I contacted the seller to ask about adding paint to the frames; was told they were just boxed for shipping. Oh well-my bad. Upon arrival the tops of the boards were both chipped badly (shipping box had 0 damage), one drink rail was split and there was a carry case I didn’t order but NO straps installed. The seller apologized and offered to replace the boards; said keep the case. I again asked about paying for the frame paint-they offered to do that at no charge. I was relieved! New boards arrived quickly. The positives end there. When applying decals yesterday I realized the top of one board is CROOKED with glue bulging out! The other has a chip they tried repairing. The paint was sloppy, but free I guess. Clearly no QC!
