Great customer service! We received our bags quickly but after the first use one of the bags developed a small tear. I contacted the seller and they were quick to respond. They sent a replacement bag for the one that tore along with two extra! Thank you so much! I would order from them again.

We had some issues receiving our order but once it arrived, the construction and condition were fantastic. These are nice and heavy-duty boards that should last a long time if taken care of properly.

Even though I read the dimensions, I was wowed by their size. Ordering was easy and the boards and bags arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The boards are sturdy and well-made and will hold up for many years. I bought the unfinished boards so I can paint them with a color/design of my unique choosing.

Love these!
They are very solid, good quality and work well- however, we stained them and where the nails went in, it leaves patches of different color from the stain on the wood vs what I assume is wood filler though i'm not a carpenter so i'm not sure. Luckily, we plan on putting a boarder on it with paint so it will cover it, however, if you wanted to leave it as just a stain you'll have lighter splotches around the border so i would not recommend that. Bean bags are good quality too though the board is a tad bit slippery. Received the boards quickly and overall for the price and quality we're happy!

Received the boards very quickly, unfortunately they had not included the bags. I contacted the seller and they said they would ship them right out. After a week, I again contacted them because I had never received my bags. They promised to send them right out. This time I received shipping confirmation and received them in 3 days.
