Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CornholeBoards.us (https://cornholeboards.us) and any tools provided through it, including the Custom Board Designer, Bracket Builder, and content site. By using the site you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the site only with a parent or guardian’s permission.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for any activity that happens under your account.
One account per person. Don’t share your sign-in link or session.
Provide an accurate email so we can deliver sign-in links and receipts.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Upload artwork or text you don’t have the right to use (including trademarks, sports-team logos, or copyrighted images you don’t own a license to).
Generate AI imagery designed to defame, harass, sexualize minors, mimic real individuals without consent, or promote violence/hatred.
Reverse-engineer, scrape, mass-download, or interfere with the operation of the site.
Resell or sublicense the designer engine, our AI access, or our content without a written license from us. (Contact us about licensing — we offer it.)
Probe for or exploit vulnerabilities. Responsible disclosure is welcome at contact@tuxxin.com.

4. The Custom Board Designer

Ownership of your designs

You retain ownership of any original artwork, text, and uploaded reference materials that you create or supply. By using the designer you grant us a limited license to display, store, and process those materials only as needed to operate the service for you (rendering previews, generating downloads, AI prompting, etc.).

AI-generated images

Images generated by the AI feature are produced from your prompt by a third-party generative AI service. Such images are typically not copyrightable under current US law. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated outputs; you assume responsibility for the prompts you submit and the way you use the outputs.

Credits, retention, and refunds

One design credit is consumed per print-ready download.
One AI credit is consumed per AI image generation, regardless of whether you keep the result.
Subscription credits reset at the start of each billing period; they do not roll over.
One-time purchase credits do not expire.
Non-purchased designs are deleted from our servers 72 hours after creation.
Purchased designs are stored permanently and can be re-downloaded at no charge.
Refunds available within 7 days of purchase if no paid download has been made. Email contact@tuxxin.com.

5. Subscriptions and one-time purchases

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via PayPal until cancelled.
One-time purchases are charged once via PayPal and credits never expire.
You can cancel a subscription anytime from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Prices may change with 30 days’ notice via email or on-site banner. Changes do not apply retroactively to credits already purchased.

6. Free tools

The Bracket Builder and the design canvas (without download) are free to use. We may apply reasonable rate limits and watermarks to prevent abuse.

7. Editorial content

Blog posts, reviews, and gear coverage on the site are produced with the help of AI and reviewed by a human editor before publication of opinion content. We strive for accuracy but the site is provided for informational purposes; we’re not liable for decisions made based on it.

Affiliate disclosure: many product links on the site are Amazon Associates affiliate links; we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you.

8. Intellectual property

The CornholeBoards.us name, logo, copy, designer engine, and any unique source code are owned by the operator. You may not copy or redistribute them outside what these Terms permit.

9. DMCA / copyright complaints

If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to contact@tuxxin.com with: identification of the copyrighted work, the URL of the alleged infringement, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief, and your physical or electronic signature. We will respond and remove infringing material where warranted.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the site or delete your account at any time by emailing us. Credit balances and downloaded designs are not transferable.

11. Warranties & liability

The site is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CornholeBoards.us and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Florida.

13. Changes

We may revise these Terms. The “Last updated” date above will reflect when. Material changes will be announced on-site. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
